Commercial Transactions Act Notice
Disclosure under the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). It applies to the sale of the RangeFlux desktop app license (one-time purchase, the "Product"). The web app's free plan is free of charge.

| Conditions of use | Requires signing in to a RangeFlux account and an initial online activation. One license activates up to 2 devices. Purchasing the Product does not change web app limits such as cloud solves. |
| System requirements | macOS 11 or later (Apple silicon and Intel), 64-bit Windows, 64-bit Linux. |
| Returns / cancellation | Due to the nature of digital goods, returns and cancellations are not accepted after purchase. If a defect on our side prevents you from using the Product and it cannot be resolved, contact us by email and we will refund the purchase. A refunded license is deactivated. |
