Which sign-in methods are supported?
Section titled “Which sign-in methods are supported?”Google only. Click Continue with Google on the sign-in screen. There is no password and no email sign-up.
The form says I have used all my cloud solves. What now?
Section titled “The form says I have used all my cloud solves. What now?”Wait for the monthly reset. The notice shows the date; the quota resets at midnight JST on the 1st. A failed solve gives its slot back unless it failed because your storage was full; stopping a running solve or deleting a finished one does not. Solving locally in the desktop app does not use the quota. See Plans and limits.
My solve is FAILED. What should I do?
Section titled “My solve is FAILED. What should I do?”The row shows why it failed. Open View solve details (the ⓘ button) for more.
- Solve timed out: the solve hit the time limit. Its slot is returned, but the same settings will time out again; lower Max iterations or simplify the bet tree and submit a new solve.
- Could not start a solve machine, Solve machine was lost, Solver crashed: these are temporary problems on our side. Click Re-run. The failed solve’s slot is returned, and the re-run counts as a new solve.
- Not enough storage to save the result: the solve finished computing, but your cloud storage was full, so the result could not be saved. The slot is used. Delete solutions you no longer need, then submit a new solve.
- Invalid board, Invalid range, Invalid solve input: the config was rejected. Fix it in New solve and submit again.
If the same solve fails twice, email us with the solve name.
I get “Over your plan’s bet-tree limits”
Section titled “I get “Over your plan’s bet-tree limits””Each Bet and Raise field takes at most one size, and Max raises per street is at most 2. The highlighted fields are the ones to trim. The all-in checkbox is free and does not count. See Bet sizes.
Can I solve a turn or river spot?
Section titled “Can I solve a turn or river spot?”Yes. In Board, pick 4 cards for a turn start or 5 for a river start. The solver starts on the last street you filled in.
Are my ranges and solutions available on another computer?
Section titled “Are my ranges and solutions available on another computer?”Yes. They belong to your account, not the browser. Sign in with the same Google account.
I stopped a solve. Can I continue it?
Section titled “I stopped a solve. Can I continue it?”Click Resume. The solve starts again from the beginning rather than from where it stopped, and it counts as a new cloud solve.
The desktop app shows a security warning or will not open
Section titled “The desktop app shows a security warning or will not open”The app is not code-signed yet, so macOS and Windows warn on first launch and sometimes after an update. See Installing for the steps on each OS.
How do I get help?
Section titled “How do I get help?”Email support@rangeflux.com. Include the solve name and, for a failed solve, the reason shown in View solve details. In the desktop app, also paste the diagnostics report (see Desktop app).
