Plans and limits

Every account starts on the Free plan. Settings → Account shows your plan next to your email. The limits below apply to the Free plan.

Solves that run in the cloud count against a monthly quota: 5 on Free, 20 on Study, 50 on Study Plus. Months follow Japan Standard Time (UTC+9), so the quota resets at midnight JST on the 1st. Unused solves do not carry over.

Solves that run on your own device (in the desktop app) do not use this quota. See Local and cloud solves.

How the count works:

  • A slot is reserved when you submit and is settled when the solve ends:

    Outcome Slot
Completes (whether or not it reaches the target accuracy) Used
Fails (for example Solver crashed or Solve timed out) Returned
Fails because your cloud storage is full (Not enough storage to save the result) Used
You stop it before it starts running Returned
You stop it after it has started running Used
  • Deleting a finished solve does not give its slot back.

  • Resume and Re-run start the solve again from scratch, so each of them counts as a new solve.

  • The New solve form shows N of M cloud solves left this month, where M is your plan’s monthly limit. At zero it shows You have used all M cloud solves for this month with the reset date, and Submit solve is disabled until then.

The Free plan caps the size of the game tree:

Setting Limit
Sizes per Bet field, per street 1
Sizes per Raise field, per street 1
Max raises per street 2

The all-in checkbox counts as a size, so a field that uses all-in cannot hold any other size. If the form is over a limit, submitting shows Over your plan’s bet-tree limits and highlights the fields to trim.

The Free plan keeps up to 10 solutions in your account. The New solve form shows N of 10 saved solutions used; when all are in use, delete one to run another cloud solve. Nothing is deleted automatically, and reaching this limit does not use a cloud solve.

Monthly quota Counts Does not count

Cloud storage Uses your plan’s cloud storage Does not use cloud storage
Other devices Viewable anywhere you sign in Not viewable; only on the device that solved it

A local result does not count toward your saved solutions or cloud storage, and other devices cannot open it, until you choose Upload to cloud on its row in Solutions. An uploaded result counts like any other and is available wherever you sign in.

The desktop app needs a license. After a successful online check it keeps solving offline for 24 hours, then asks you to go online again. Buying the desktop app does not change your cloud quota or saved-solution limit.

  • Board: a solve needs 3, 4, or 5 board cards (flop, turn, or river start). Preflop is not solved.
  • Players: heads-up only, one OOP range and one IP range.

Saved ranges and cloud solutions belong to your account and are available wherever you sign in. Local results stay in the folder on the device that computed them unless you upload them. Deleting a solve is permanent.
