New solve
New solve describes one postflop spot for the solver. Fill in the four sections, click Submit solve, and the solve appears in Solutions.
Basics
Section titled “Basics”| Field | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Name | New Solution | Label shown in Solutions. You can rename it later. |
| Starting pot | 35 | Chips already in the pot when the first street begins. |
| Effective stack | 1000 | Chips each player has behind at the start of the solve. |
| Board | empty | 3, 4, or 5 cards. |
Pot and stack are plain chip counts. With the defaults, an all-in on the flop puts about 28.5 pots in the middle.
Click Pick board to open the card picker. Use the Flop, Turn, and River tabs to fill 3, 4, or 5 cards, then click Done. The solve starts on the last street you filled: 3 cards for a flop solve, 4 for turn, 5 for river. Clear all empties the board. Once a board is set the button reads Edit board.
Ranges
Section titled “Ranges”Two cards: OOP range (out of position, acts first) and IP range (in position). Each shows the hand count and combo count below the grid.
Three ways to fill one in:
- Presets ▾ lists your saved ranges, grouped by scenario. The starter set 6max 100bb Preflop is there on a new account.
- Paint by clicking cells at the weight shown on the Paint @ slider. Drag to paint several cells at once.
- Type a range string into the text field under the grid.
Range strings use the common notation (77+,AJs+,KQs,AQo+); see Range notation.
Save current as preset… in the Presets ▾ menu stores what you painted as a saved range.
Bet sizes
Section titled “Bet sizes”One row per street, two columns: Bet (the first bet on that street) and Raise (a raise facing a bet). Each field is a comma-separated list.
| Street | Bet | Raise |
|---|---|---|
| Flop | 33% | 3x |
| Turn | 75% | 3x |
| River | 125% | 2.5x |
Size notation
Section titled “Size notation”50%is a bet of half the pot. In a Raise field it is the extra amount on top of the call, as a percent of the pot after calling.3xis allowed only in Raise fields and means the raise’s total on this street is three times the bet you are facing. The multiplier must be above 1, because1xwould just be a call.- all-in (checkbox at the end of each row) adds a shove alongside the listed sizes. It counts as one size toward the limit.
On the Free plan each field takes one size. Submitting with more shows Over your plan’s bet-tree limits and highlights the fields. See Plans and limits.
Max raises per street
Section titled “Max raises per street”Caps how many raises can follow the first bet on a street. The first bet is not counted, and the last allowed raise is always all-in. With the default 2: bet → raise → all-in. The Free plan allows up to 2.
Solver settings
Section titled “Solver settings”- Max iterations (default 500): the solver stops here at the latest.
- Target exploitability (% pot) (default 0.5): the solver stops early once the strategy is within this fraction of the pot from unexploitable. Leave it empty (off) to always run to the iteration cap.
0.5% of the pot is precise enough to read frequencies. A lower target takes longer.
Import JSON
Section titled “Import JSON”Import JSON at the top of the form loads a config you copied earlier. Every solved solution exposes its config under View config in the viewer (and View solve details in Solutions); paste that JSON here to re-solve the same spot with tweaks.
Submit
Section titled “Submit”Above Submit solve the form shows how many cloud solves you have left this month. Submitting reserves one. It is returned if the solve fails (unless your storage was full), but used if you stop it after it has started; see Plans and limits. Once submitted, the solve is listed in Solutions; see Solution viewer for what happens next.
